DESCRIPTION:The Rotary Club of Space Center’s major fundraiser each year 
 is our Shrimporee.  This event provides the lifeblood of funds for our s
 ervice projects.  This fun-filled event includes music\, activities for 
 the whole family\, a shrimp and BBQ meal\, a variety of beverages\, and an
  exciting auction.  Support of young people is a high priority for us. 
  We sponsor a youth program in both Clear Lake and Clear View High School
 s\, host exchange students from other countries\, and promote a youth char
 acter building program at a local elementary  and intermediate schools.
   All of these programs are directed toward character and value enhancem
 ent for youth.  The following list is a sample of past\, current\, and o
 n-going projects that Rotary Club of Space Center is able to assist throug
