"I serve some of the most amazing individuals on this side of heaven." Kim Watson Kimberly “Kim” Watson, Executive Director of Bay Area Rehabilitation Center since 2022. She first served for about fourteen-plus years as the Opportunity Center Director. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Business Administration. She is also a professional Photographer and a certified Mediator. Kim is a native of Michigan and has a wonderful husband and three adult sons, one of whom is a professional basketball player. She enjoys taking photos because she gets to capture someone's unforgettable moments. Kim loves meditating because she can help someone settle a difference that weighs on them. She is skilled in problem-solving (one of her strengths). She has a way of making people feel like they can do anything! This is why she has the best job in Texas. The clients in the Opportunity Center have taught her how to be a better person, personally and professionally, slow down and enjoy the things life offers her, and know that life happens and that you must keep it moving. For this, her heartstrings are pulled for Bay Area Rehabilitation Center. She proudly serves each person with whom she comes in contact with the dignity that is deserved. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Baytown Kiwanis Club as Vice President, which is also an honor.
