Gary Bartels is a West Point graduate, veteran advocate, and the Co-Founder and Executive Director of OATH, Inc. Based in the Houston area, Gary leads a faith-based nonprofit that helps veterans, service members, first responders, and their families through outdoor programs focused on faith, family, and community.
