Blue Knights: Service, Brotherhood, and Community on Two Wheels

 Join us as we welcome Roger “Crash” Byars, President of Blue Knights Texas XXXI, for an engaging presentation on the mission, impact, and fellowship of the Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club. Blue Knights Texas XXXI is a nonprofit organization of active and retired law enforcement officers dedicated to community service, charitable giving, motorcycle safety, and strengthening relationships between law enforcement and the public. Roger served the people of Texas for more than 38 years in law enforcement, culminating his distinguished career as Chief of Police for Texas Southern University, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He holds Master Peace Officer and Instructor certifications and has completed more than 5,000 hours of specialized law enforcement training. A lifelong motorcycle enthusiast, Roger has combined his passion for riding with public service through decades of leadership within the Blue Knights at the chapter, state, regional, and international levels.
